We offer free resources (such as downloadable worksheets and sample chapters), paid low-ticket digital products (such as the worksheet bundle), and the book The Owner's Manual by Chris Knuth. The book may be sold directly through the Site or through third-party retailers such as Amazon, whose own terms and policies govern that purchase. 3. Purchases, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Payments made directly on the Site are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us and our processor to charge your selected payment method.

4. Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. After purchase or opt-in, you will receive access or a download link by email. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download and save your files.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on paid digital products purchased directly through the Site. If you are not satisfied, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in loss of access to the materials. Purchases of the physical or digital book made through a third-party retailer (such as Amazon) are governed by that retailer's own refund policy, not this one.

6. License and Acceptable Use

When you obtain our worksheets or other materials, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own personal use or within your own single business. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the materials
• Share, post, or upload the materials where others can download them
• Reproduce the materials to create a competing product, course, or service
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in our products - including the worksheets, frameworks, text, book content, logos, and branding - is owned by SEMM Worldwide LLC or Chris Knuth and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. 8. Your Submissions

9. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description

This messaging program sends notifications to subscribers who have opted in via our web forms, including content delivery confirmations, coaching or event updates, and marketing messages you've consented to receive from Chris Knuth / The Owner's Manual.

Cancellation Instructions

You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by texting STOP to the number that sent you messages. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your opt-out via SMS. No further messages will be sent unless you choose to re-opt in.
